Sitz Bath Satchets

Details: Sitz baths are a wonderful, natural way to heal, cleanse and soothe perineum tears, episiotomies or swelling associated with childbirth. 

To use: Soak with the tea bag in a warm tub or sitz bath insert. -or- Add the tea bag to 2 cups of hot water, allow to cool, then use in a perineal spray bottle. -or- Place the steeped tea bag in the freezer then place in your pad for cooling perineal comfort.

Ingredients: A healing organic herbal blend of Lavender Flower, Red Raspberry Leaf, Plantain Leaf, Yarrow Flower, Calendula Flower, Comfrey Leaf and Epsom Salt.
